Is there a way to put his impeachment on a ballot? He'd lose. I've called all my reps and half of other people's reps. They don't answer the phone and get back to me asking for money. I'll keep doing it, but am not hopeful.

No. Only a majority House vote can start it.

I was sort of joking about putting impeachment on the ballot. It would work, I think, if we could.

Impeachment is on the ballot: we must vote in a Dem majority in the House. For conviction, we must vote in enough Dems in the Senate - 67 votes are required. I think impeachment is in reach, but conviction may not be. But a Dem majority in the House could slow the damage, stall the felon's agenda.
