Important to note they're not getting rid of Copilot, just a few buttons. The branding is toxic, so they're trying to make the AI integrations less obvious.

Progress is progress. Tbh I don't care that much if they want to build an AI assistant that is entirely Opt-in.

Shoving it in my face and trying to force it's use has been one of the biggest problems.

The technology is there, it's not going away wide spread adoption won't survive the bubble IMO

As someone who lives outside of US, watching this bubble about to burst and tech giants scrambling to save it while learning at the same time how many people's 401K depend on the bubble not bursting is actually insane

It's still there, just a different .png for it. Even the article states it.

Until the hallucinating writing feature is removing from something you use to edit scripts, it's not really "gone."
