Eh I mean just don’t give them the brake and pedal, or make it as restrictive as many 401k’s already are, e.g. you can only trade once a month

yeah just treat it like insider trading at a company, needs to be announced and there are windows where it's not allowed, hell I was IT for a company and I had to follow that
