I don't get the logic of 'do no harm' meaning you must allow harm to continue without comment

Do no harm means don't risk exposing victims without their consent.

Yeah, and the more you game a 2nd hand accusation out, the more you find you'd be putting the victim at risk.

Future harm of having an abuser in office, making abuser decisions?
