how do I keep my family's outdoor cat safer? They refuse to have her in, but she never hunts birds and never goes beyond our driveway - don't wanna accidentally spread anything from her to our domestic parrots n backyard chicken

See within the thread! I do wish they would consider keeping her indoors as that is the safest place to limit exposure.
