You can be nice, or not.

I just received a large order of BlueSCSI units because the customer says purveyors of alternate solutions are not nice. My customer told me that was a --primary motivator--.

I'm humbled.

I try to be nice. So should you! It pays off.

That other guy, who makes a BlueSCSI alternative product, is not nice at all. I wonder how much of his own market he has chased away simply by being an angry jerk.
