I do like the idea of species specific traits and stuff being represented on furries.
Makes 'em feel more animal and not so much hairy cartoon.

Like hell yeah, Munks' default language is full of cat noises or stuff like he grooms himself with his tongue to calm down a bit.

I'd think it'd be like an affection thing, like he'll do it with someone he's sleeping with to be all "I'm topping."

But not so much grabbing someone and licking them to tell them he's in charge.

facts. my snail OC is almost blind, dislikes direct light, and relies mostly on smell and my snake OC smells with his tongue and plays dead if startled bad enough
