I don't know who Popehat is. Looked back at this thread but no Popehat. Someone blocked me, so maybe it was Popehat. Attorneys disagree regularly. Unfortunately, we live in an adversarial arena. Many of us hate it. But I don't often disagree with people on the left. Hate it when that happens.
