Even the greatest masterpieces have critics. Remember bringing joy to even one person, even yourself, is worth it. Making another feel anything joy/sadness/anger/grief is an accomplishment because it means you touched them

sometimes when i remember robin williams i think back to how his loss had a great effect on people for many reasons, but they all boil down to being if they didn't personally know him, it was because he made them laugh (1/2)

thank you… i’ve been feeling really discouraged lately bc no one seems interested in what i am, but I am gonna keep working on it anyways bc i like it and maybe someone else will eventually too

I totally agree with the sentiment, but I think it also deserves expounding and not cutting it off with "next question". What you said is not obvious to many people, and some would even disagree, and not out of malice -- they literally and sadly don't see their own satisfaction as a worthy cause.
