Last up on the docket for today is the Crystal Beast of Doma, an AU version of Reina devoted absolutely to Yotsuyu and based on how I originally started Reina. Reina was originally an Au Ra and as bloodthirsty and psychotic as Zenos, this AU continues that. More info in the replies #FFXIV

Canonically Reina chilled out over the course of HW, with a brief moment of absolutely savagery when confronting the Heaven's Ward and Thordin. Shortly after that she Fantasia'd to further distance herself from her past, and to start a new life her friend would have been proud of.

In this AU, that moment instead caused her to completely snap, embracing the thought that if she had only acted on her instincts and desires then he might not have died because there wouldn't have been anyone to kill him. And then Stormblood happened.
