How much of this is the new variant?! I still wear a mask even though I'm in a low rate state...because you never know who had been exposed. I trust NO ONE!

If in a state where transmission is high
You are over 60, or have health issues, get vaccinated. Once you get sick with Covid it doesn’t stop , it stays with you . Little is known about long Covid but you don’t want any of it.
Get vaccinated

Thank you, Mike. The new variant seems to be causing an uptick here in WA wastewater (via Reddit). Actually, I’m assuming it’s the new variant.

I’m concerned this lull won’t last long, with the summer surge starting in the spring. Fingers crossed I’m wrong. I’ll be following your updates.

I don't trust any stats emanating from Republican entities. Those segregationist sadistic sickos lie when the real numbers make them look primitive & incompetent.

With limited data reported, Mississippi has an estimated 1 in 27 residents actively infectious.

In a room of 25 people, that's a 61% chance of exposure, if no testing/isolation protocols.
