It's a pretty big area but I'm surprised they rented so little of it given the current size of the game. The last Blizzcon I went to (2018 I think?) took up most of the layout IIRC.

hope a good quarter of the space isnt empty and specifically for a non existent merch line that is just a straight line

This is my first Fanfest, but I was curious how it compared to 2023 which apparently was in the North Hall of the Vegas Convention Center. According to their site that totals 409,007 square feet.
