silly question, but can this be integrated directly into OBS as a filter for scenes/video sources? something like this would be a HUGE upgrade for my stream aesthetic.

sounds like what you need is this plugin, but keep in mind that the more scenes you apply it to and more filters you layer it will become resource-intensive very quickly. note: I haven't personally toyed with it since StreamFX was paywalled, but that was my experience. obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-shaderfilter.1736/
