I remember reading when I was a kid in french magazine Player One that Ultraman on SNES was not only the worst fighting game ever, but also the worst video game ever. It was noted 13/100. Maybe it's worth to make a video about it?

I can't believe that's from 1998. the same years as Zelda OOT Tekken 3 and Soulcalibur.
Just looking at it I though it was a 94 or 95 release or a very early 96 release.
That something this bland boring and basic was released in 98 is mindblowing

I think the real question when figuring out if a game like this goes anywhere on the list is discerning what's worse, a game that angers you or a game that elicits no emotions at all.

If a game is so bland, boring and soul-sucking, it didn't just fail as a fighting game, but a game in of itself.
