ICE rents the building, you think any landlord is gonna sit around and keep a tenant who is 1) contaminating their property with chemicals and 2) getting constantly fined?

Well we know the landlord doesn't care about the chemical munitions, considering the last six years, but your 2nd point stands. Commercial landlords don't have to go through the same notice & cure steps that residential ones do & I'd be SHOCKED if the lease doesn't have an indemnification clause.
