Yes this is the big issue, very high prices in the US make a lot of developments quickly profitable which would otherwise be only a long-term commercial proposition, and we know how good capital is at thinking long-term lately.

When the US didn’t take the Lyme disease vaccine roughly a decade ago it never came into the market because that changed the economics so much (my cousin in law is suffering because of that right now)
