Yes. Weakness of our system is an overt obvious crime must happen before we do anything (like our healthcare - must be acutely sick enough to get help, low preventative proactivity).

There’s enough evidence tho to know that Trump ought not be allowed to govern further. He’s exactly why checks & balances are in our Constitution. Problem is ‘leadership’ in our 2 other branches 100% sucks rn.
