It’s so lovely to have a dog wagging its tail. Can’t imagine how much pain they suffer being cut. Apart from it being illegal!

my roommate's dog hurt her tail one day and she looked so sad about needing to keep her emotions in check. it took her a couple days to recover but things that made her wag her tail like treasure hunt (hiding cocktail sausages bits in the house) or her owner coming back from home, she looked sad

My Labrador cross rescue dog got its tail bitten by my other dog. In the end because tails don’t heal easily it was removed. It was very stressful and painful. I still see tails docked and it’s illegal they should enforce the law!
