I could’ve sworn Newsom’s numbers had dipped

I would say predictive markets tend to be more accurate than polling, but not now. Mamdani and Obama are trading above 0.0%, which tells you everything you need to know about the oioulace at large

AOC should be first. She’s one of the few who actually knows what it’s like to be a regular person in America.

Other major candidates included Bobby Jindal, Scott Walker, Paul Ryan and Rick Santorum

I've seen polls were AOC is literally second.

I have no idea why people are so committed to deciding who the nominee is going to be 2 years before anyone has even announced their candidacy, but this kind of analysis is so bad.

The Great Khan of the Midwest scoffs. All these tepid non-entities and only AOC as a fighter.

I had to go digging for this article where Kissinger states (in like, December 1979) that he thinks the Republicans are gonna try running Gerald Ford in 1980 www.politico.com/magazine/story/2017/01/henry-kissinger-jimmy-carter-chile-214603/

I actually had to look this up to make a joke about but apparently even in 2022, Trump was beating DeSantis in the polls. Utterly embarrassing performance from Ron

It’s like everyone forgot how primaries work. Most of the 2020 candidates announced in 2019

Which is why there’s no reason to get riled up about a decision to run. She’s never won a contested primary, why start now?

Yeah, and in 2006, Obama didn’t have a chance, apparently.

There was a early 90’s SNL Democratic nominee debate skit titled the race to avoid being the guy who loses to Bush

And Bill wasn’t in it

I remember when CPAC 2015 locked in their votes of an endorsement of Rand Paul for 2016.
