They are half the size of "Lepestok" and almost invisible, but inside they contain about 30 grams of plastid - this is enough to tear off a leg.

I’m sure Kyiv has already started the ball rolling but weapons that are designed to maim rather than kill are illegal and banned and Ukraine should rapidly take the matter up at the ICC.
