Despite literally saying "I'm aware this isn't like an AI thing" the fact that I dared to say "people won't trust that AI coding boosters are being honest if/when buggy code goes to production" somehow overrode that in their minds.
It fucking sucks.

I think people are just tired, and given *gestures everywhere* the brain’s natural tendency to take shortcuts means the default reaction is to be skeptical at best and contrary at worst if the original post isn’t almost explicitly clear on what it’s saying, which can be hard in short form text
