Folks in the archives and museum world really need to talk more amongst themselves about how frequently they get traumatized and how to deal with that, and how to try to prevent it.

I think there’s a much more advanced conversation happening about how frequently it occurs in library work, but it happens in unexpected ways in the special collections world.
