All I can say is that opposing counsel in a lawsuit against Afroman had an absolute layup opportunity to enter into evidence sworn testimony that the officer’s wife did not have freaky, doggy style sex with Afroman, an opportunity which for some reason they declined to take.

Wait.. they didn't call the wife?? Did Afroman's lawyer ask the judge to instruct the jury to draw an adverse inference about that? (Or is that just an Australian law thingy?)

I don’t know about that; I don’t think the court has an easily accessible docket so we don’t know what motions were made. But there are a lot of reasons you might choose not to make that argument.
