One thing I am grateful for is the ever constant reminders there is no actual 'left' in NZ. May the class war continue.

I keep thinking one day we will have reached that point where things are so bad that the most vulnerable to the volatility will have to be scooped up, but then some 'I'm alright Jack' will come along and shoot down any expectations.
