They already nearly gave my father a heart attack because he had to lift a 300+ pounds chair with a bad back. Me and mom helped him but we could barely manage it. If they fucking sent someone to do this i wouldn't be bitching but here we are.

Zuacs needs to get off their asses and send us someone to fix it. Shits under warrenty too. Can't send it back as they wont accept it for some reason. They refuse to help and it was like pulling teeth to get the replacement part
