They exist, but aren't playable. In 5th edition, they've become one of the 3 Wayward tribes, alongside the Black Spiral Dancers and Stargazers (who all disappeared into the Umbra), and actually precipitated the collapse of the Garou Nation by essentially declaring war on all of the other tribes.
