Day 9 of a migraine & can confirm.

I missed a few of the really bad days (see: migraine pass outs, dark room w/ice on head & sleep audiobook).
So I 100% recommend tuning out entire days &/or not checking news/socials until 5pm.

I always catch up but we all need to give ourselves grace rn.
