Oh god, I remember getting this as...I think a birthday gift as a kid from one of my aunt and uncles. Absolutely surreal, bizarre thing.

Loved the shareware version of “Pac-Guy 2, Part 2: Pagoon” when I was a kid. Didn’t know at the time that the game was a spoof of Ultima VIII, that makes it even better in hindsight! Fun trivia: the first level uses a MIDI rendition of “Dieci Ragazze” from celebrated Italian singer Lucio Battisti.
