Does the operating budget figure include NIL payments to players? Is there a list of operating budgets for all NCAA Div. 1 programs somewhere?

Cori Close may be underpaid, some of her assistants may be as well, and I will leave it that.
It would be interesting to see the NIL deal roster comparisons. Close has worked hard to up UCLA’s game, see her player’s stories are told and they are compensated, and compete with in-town USC.
