Have you been in CSR chats w/companies & wondered if you've reached a real human or if an AI is responding to your issues? I have that feeling quite often lately. I just ended a chat about car parts with a CSR online that I'm almost sure was AI. I asked directly "are you AI or human?" (1/3)

The CSR said "I am human. My name is Lisa." That did not convince me. I kept at it at another company & finally the AI admitted it was not a human but it put up a good fight! I do try to give AI a good rating when it does a good job. But I do not like being lied to, and I think we often are. (2/3)
