Unless she managed to get away from the area before they started rounding up witnesses, she likely is. It's getting to the point they need to always be in pairs so one person can run away with the phone that was filming while the other person blocks agents.

IF ICE has her in custody, I hope she was able to forward the video to family or friends or even to upload it before that happened.
