Working at a small startup can be a pain in the ass, but it also means i can take on side work on top of engineering. Been practicing tig alot and have come a good way from burning the shit out of everything. still much to learn. Cant wait to rebuild a bunch of stuff in my project cars

This kind of stuff is why I want to work in testing or at a smaller, scrappier, company. I can't be doing one thing everyday. I need a mix of everything, hands on and at desk.

Honestly though! I learned more at a startup or small company and gained more skills than I ever have at a corporation, and the skills learned are generally more useful in and out of the office too
