My theory is all the people in the cabinet and around Trump know each other’s dirty laundry and they are all blackmailing each other. They tried to get this out in February but it didn’t work. Although, it’s coming out right after it leaked Miller is ordering DHS to start fights with protestors.

I think it was more likely leaked by someone who hates her. Possibly Stephen Miller or someone who would want to embarrass her. I would believe this entire cabinet is full of people who have blackmail on each other just waiting to use it for their own amusement.
