My thoughts are; Its irresponsible and useless to do this sort of reporting.
Its 3 paragraphs to get to, "BTW, this doesn't mean he's trans".
Instead they lead with sex acts that aren't, like, anything unexpected for the fetish. Its written for low attention span click economy and that's bad.
