That quote is from a physician who went on to talk about how we now have the tech to support later pregnancies. He wasn’t saying the drop in teen pregnancy is bad.

he is literally lamenting the 7% drop in fertility for 15-19 year olds year over year and the 70% drop over decades. it's a quote, regardless of what he went on to say, he said that. lol
