Their interpretation of anti american is when someone is against the endless cycle of violence that leaves the US insecure with ever growing enemies in order to prop up rich industrialists. Or pointing out that our horrendous foreign policy has blow back.

Hasan is being criticized for saying if you start a fight and you get punched. You probably deserved getting punched.

But I guess that offends jingoistic nationalist needle dicks on both sides of the aisle. Especially ones that worked for the CIA prior to getting into a political office.
