Yeah, I don’t get people constantly bringing it up. Besides that it is really aimed at capacity, everything about it is harder than impeachment and removal when disputed, which is by design. That’s a feature, not a bug.

It’s a red herring as Vance wouldn’t invoke it because Trump would absolutely destroy him. Be fun to watch their party tear itself apart like rats in a boot, but it won’t happen.
