They wont. It would offend their, "Republican friends across the aisle". Schumer talks about how he has Republican buddies. He doesnt want to offend those guys. We have a weak Leader.

Like "the Baileys" Chuck's "friends across the aisle" are just his excuse to keep taking billionaire money, investment opportunities and other things that keep him wealthy and connected.
