hi, just got off a call where I successfully filed a complaint! the phone tree for MC Australia is 1 1 2 2 2 4, keep in mind there'd be a hold time of 5-10 minutes

they said that they'd been receiving a large volume of calls for a similar problem, so this is working. keep calling!
