Personally, I don't think you can stop using it.I feel as if it's one of those things that are using you and so it's up to it to stop using you. And it won't stop unless it realizes you can't help it.
So the right strategy here should be, IMO, to re-think how we can grow completely useless to it.

the pharmaceutical one is wild. Roche buying thousands of Nvidia chips to 'manufacture' drugs that don't exist yet. at least a real factory has something on the loading dock at the end of the shift
