As awesome as the Donner films are, they are the be all end all of #Superman stories that challenge him as a superhero.

As powerful as he is TPTB keep forgetting he's a superhero who can do per near anything but he can't do everything.

There are multiple ways to make his movies more interesting...

... an Overboard, a criminal org, ala Court of Owls, above the law, that CLARK has to investigate to take down, one at a time.

The cool part of an Overboard, a group of evil billionaires (gasp! Imagine that 😱😱😱🤣) who act above the law, is it gives CLARK an endless supplies of criminals to investigate.
