one thing democrats should think about when they consider their "messaging problems" is how often they tell their base and independent voters that they are losing ass losers who can't accomplish anything because they never have enough votes to make things better for everyone

The only consistent message I’ve gotten from democrats my entire adult life is that they’re two votes short

And they need your money to do anything.

This Is simply not true. Democrats passed historic amounts of legislation the last time they had power that helped millions of Americans: Democrats, Independents, and Republicans alike.

Green energy, healthcare, job growth, manufacturing, student debt forgiveness, and much more.

Please review.

The GOP spent decades telling their base they would overturn Roe v. Wade and they were able to make that a reality. Democrats have completely abandoned gun control as a winning issue because it’s too hard

Raskin: we should just keep useless pontificating while the orange child rapist gets away with everything. Cause otherwise we miss our change to go “bygones and we love our friends across the aisle” governing strategy.

Dem mandarins. Cowards today tomorrow forever.

"There is not a single Republican who has called for impeachment or indicated to us interest in impeachment at this point."

And they never will.

So disappointed in @raskin.house.gov. I expect this from Jeffries but not Raskin. There’s value in forcing Republicans to take a position *on the record* on this shit! It’s the Dems’ DUTY to pursue accountability even if they don’t win *at this time*. Also, this gets Republicans off the hook! Why?!

I'm sure raskin would support Germans that said
"Hey listen. We gotta be realistic now. We can't remove Hitler. Let's just fine tune our next election message. Not like there's any urgency"

Yeah raskin would totally go for that right

Losing faith in Jamie recently...so out of touch and obviously overly concerned about wrongfully focused perception and votes. Listen to your constiruents who are losing faith incrementally and being traumatized to the point of being incapable of any type of action - including voting!

I am constantly beset by “realists” who tell me nothing will work and it’s all over and I DO NOT CARE. I’m not standing on this side because I’m assured of victory, I’m over here because I know it’s right and nothing, not even the threat of total defeat will change my mind

They say the same shit when they DO have the votes

Well yeah, because they don't have super majorities in both houses! That's also when they suddenly discover that not every Dem is in a +30 Blue district and they can't risk the swing districts! Dems always have a lot of excuses for why they can't do things.

This is also not true. When they have the votes, they get the votes.

I am so sick of people bashing the only party that is good.

What are you achieving here? Are you just hoping for everything to fail utterly so you can win some kind of cynical ‘I told you so’ prize?

Focus and help!
