In Trump's case, I may wish this was end-stage, but it's not. Stage two heart failure can last for many years. It just means he's been eating too much salt, or been on his feet too long, and needs to take his furosemide. 🤷🏻‍♀️

He literally has the best doctors and nutritionists giving him a perfect diet and any and all medications he needs. He's not grandpa who hasn't been to the doctor in 5 years. He's about to die.

That's (roughly) what I keep saying. I've seen "dying" people, and even they last quite awhile, up to a year or more. And this isn't that. Swollen ankles, meh.
