would be illegal if provable, which it's not. but it just-so-happens to happen every time in these situations (recall when Disney+ did it?)

I doubt it's that deep. It's probably struggling with many people cancelling their Nitro subscriptions all at once, just like what happened when people were cancelling their Disney+ subscriptions at once, back in the Fall. This actually looks promising to me.

I just cancelled fine, so it probably was a glitch and is already fixed

There are things to be conspiratorial over but I don't think this is it. Servers have traffic limitations dependent on software and hardware. The exact same thing happens when more people than expected want to buy something.
