I love m&s especially since they've overtaken John lewis, I would hate to stop shopping there, but GBnews are dreadful, so while they advertise via GBnews, it's back to John Lewis

John Lewis outsource their customer service to Morocco on a premium rate phone number. I spoke to some lovely Moroccan customer service representatives at Christmas (they called me) and eventually got a refund. My alternative gift was … an M&S voucher. I’m boycotting them both.
