Thanks! Yes, so I guess all "terminal degrees" are Doctorates? So JD, MD, are included then some Doctorates are PhDs and others are Doctorate of ____. Is that it? I remember my tuition assistance benefit from the Maryland Army National Guard couldn't be applied to "terminal degrees" hence my MBA.

I *think* that's the case. At least I cannot think of a terminal degree that isn't a doctorate (whether a PhD or doctorate of __). In law, we have LLMs, but those are in specialized areas and not a terminal degree, per se.
