Now you’re confusing the point. It has nothing to do with *IF* the judiciary is actually non-partisan or never acts in a political manner. Hence the reason I said “supposed to be” in my reply. When they are political they should be called out. But you proactively applied a label unnecessarily.

Nothing this judge did was political or partisan but you made it so by naming George W Bush. If you want to make a political statement about which party appointed the judge have at it. But it serves to undermine faith in the judiciary when anyone in the media does it.
