When it first opened the 4th floor at Mall of America was meant to be comedy clubs, bars, and 'hip' themed restaurants - like Planet Hollywood. But everything just dies up there. Except Hooters. Hooters always soldiered on. It was kinda hilarious really. Maybe we can get Planet Hollywood back?!?
