Aside from having six okama stereotype characters, mother 3 is a pretty good game though

They're at least all based on friends of Itoi's, from what I remember? They only one that feels extremely dicey to me is the spoiler one for... obvious reasons. And yeah the hot spring scene would need editting but that would be very easy to do

except for the fact that the game LITERALLY released too late in the GBA lifecycle in Japan for the game to recieve any international release. The Nintendo DS was already hitting 2 years old by the time M3 finally released.

That isn't what happened. She submerged Lucas' head in the hot spring to conduce a fever so he'd activate his latent PSI powers. People have dirty minds and it made them all think that something awful was happening when it wasn't (Which was admittedly an intentional bit of edginess on Itoi's part.)
