@Kereminde, I was totally thinking about left-handed individuals when I wrote my original response. I also think about my poor classmates who obviously had ADHD or Autism. Many parents were not kind to their kids for "acting out."

I didn't have the worst problems, mostly because I "behaved".

Some parents just don't know any other way than how it was done to them.

The way I balanced out the universe was to not do any of those things with my children. Generation trauma is a great tradition to end. :-)
